LEED PLATINUM CERTIFICATION
We were the first existing building in Colorado to become LEED certified and we’ve maintained it by focusing on energy, water, waste, transportation, and the customer experience.
ENERGY STAR CERTIFIED
Denver Place is Energy Star Certified, performing better than at least 75 percent of similar buildings nationwide in terms of energy usage.
UL’S HEALTHY BUILDING MARK
At regular intervals, the air & filter systems are examined, samples of indoor air and water are analyzed, and hygiene, light, and acoustics are assessed.

HONEYBEES AT DENVER PLACE
Denver Place has collaborated with Alveole to install two beehives on the terrace rooftop. Urban beekeeping is designed to highlight a variety of environmental issues through education and connection with the community as well as counteracting the global decline of pollinator populations.
