LEED PLATINUM CERTIFICATION
We were the first existing building in Colorado to become LEED certified and we’ve maintained it by focusing on energy, water, waste, transportation, and the customer experience.

Denver Place is Energy Star Certified, performing better than at least 75 percent of similar buildings nationwide in terms of energy usage.

At regular intervals, the air & filter systems are examined, samples of indoor air and water are analyzed, and hygiene, light, and acoustics are assessed.

HONEYBEES AT DENVER PLACE
Alveole, the Urban Beekeeping Company, has installed two beehives on the terrace rooftop. This unparalleled program will have a positive impact on the surrounding ecosystem and environment as the honeybees travel around the city. Urban beekeeping brings together the Denver Place community inspiring them to do more for the environment by highlighting a variety of sustainable and greening topics with the added benefit of producing local, artisan honey.
